About the Design
Brandon Jacob Jenkins adaptation of the morality play Everyman sends our character Everybody on a journey of discovery through the human condition. Our director provided great inspiration but one image of a maze that also looked like an atlas stuck with me. The trick for this design was we had only 3 days to build it--so the design has to be relatively easy to put together and load in. TD Olivia Rossi took on many challenges--with the main one being this curved wall.
LED tape created moments that lighting designer Kyle Krygilski used effectively when Everybody and other character are working in voiceover. It created an otherworldly vibe that really connected with the audience. Overall it was a great project to collaborate with some great folks.
